The entire team is inviting, warm and professional and they keep the salon immaculate.  I would highly recommend coming to the San Ramon location.  It’s also super convenient to run other errands in the shopping complex!

You need to go see Bianca. Besides how great of a job she does, she’s personable and a total pro. She’s definitely the reason why I’ve switched from EWC to Radiant Waxing.

Stephanie is so great! I’ve recently started getting my legs waxed and Stephanie made sure I was comfortable and the actual waxing was quick and painless! She’s super sweet and personable and I’m definitely looking forward to talking with her again! She remembered little details I had mentioned at my previous waxing session which made me feel very heard LOL

I have been going to Krista for years and she is AMAZING!! She is so quick and makes you feel so comfortable and confident. Waxing can be an intimidating process but she makes it so easy and fun! I love chatting with her and the appointment is always over before I know it.

I am slightly obsessed with hair removal- have been for 20 years.  This place is as good as it gets:  clean/sanitary, professional, friendly, and efficient.  I would highly recommend Lunchbox to all of my friends!

I recently moved away but was getting waxed by Elizabeth and she does a really great job! I previously went to European wax but Lunchbox is so much more professional and always does a great job. They’re very hygienic and accommodating. Elizabeth is also very friendly and makes the painful experience a lot less painful with her bright personality.

Super excited Lunchbox is open for business. It’s safe they take your temperature at the door. And you have to wear your mask during your appointment. My waxer Krista is the best. I just love her. She’s super patient and has an awesome attitude. Love her!!!

Bianca made me feel very well cared for during the service. She knew how to properly wax coarse textured hair (for my fellow melanated folk out there) and she was gentle enough to give me a smooth wax without irritation to the area.

I have been coming here since day 1. I have been seeing Stephanie and she’s AWESOME! Quick, thorough, and great conversationalist. No one enjoys getting waxed but she takes her time to make sure you’re comfortable. She is also super accommodating of people’s schedules. In the rare occasion that she is running late – you get a call in advance so you’re not sitting there wasting time.
